By using tldw.fast, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

tldw.fast helps users subscribe to supported online sources, receive summaries through Telegram, and browse an archive of summaries and saved items on the web. Supported source types may change over time.

Telegram is the primary login method. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account. Google connection is optional and is used only to import YouTube subscriptions.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits.
• Do not submit source URLs or content in a way that infringes others' rights.
• Do not use generated summaries as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

Summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Users should verify important information against the original source. Original content remains owned by its respective owners.

tldw.fast may rely on third-party services including Telegram, Google APIs, YouTube, Naver, hosting providers, proxy providers, and AI model providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

When you connect Google, you authorize tldw.fast to read your YouTube subscriptions for import into the service. You can disconnect Google from the Google import page. Disconnecting Google does not automatically remove YouTube channel subscriptions that you already imported into tldw.fast.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, fail, be delayed, or be discontinued without notice. We may suspend access when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or operational reliability.

tldw.fast is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that summaries, notifications, archives, imports, or source extraction will always be accurate, complete, timely, or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tldw.fast and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
